These Terms of Use govern your use of the Capillo mobile application ("App") operated by Kitdee LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using Capillo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Capillo is a hair care app that uses AI to analyse product ingredients, score your shelf, and generate personalised routines. The App requires a paid subscription (Capillo PRO) to access AI-powered features.
All analysis, recommendations, and routines generated by Capillo are for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for advice from a qualified dermatologist, trichologist, or other hair care professional. We make no guarantee that ingredient analysis is complete or error-free — ingredient lists on labels can be incomplete, and AI interpretation has inherent limitations.
If you have a scalp condition, skin allergy, or medical concern, consult a healthcare professional before relying on any recommendation from the App.
Capillo PRO is available as a weekly or annual subscription. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. All billing, renewal, and refund requests are handled directly by Apple under their standard policies — we do not process payments ourselves.
To cancel your subscription or request a refund, go to your Apple ID settings or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You are responsible for keeping your device secure. Your hair profile data and scanned products belong to you. We do not claim ownership over content you create in the App.

The Capillo name, logo, app design, and all content we create are owned by Kitdee LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated analysis will be accurate for every product.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitdee LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Capillo, including any hair or scalp reactions following recommendations made by the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if we believe you have violated these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
